These Terms of Use govern your use of VoxMail, an iPhone app published by W4N9WE1. By downloading or using VoxMail, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
VoxMail lets you record voice messages, create on-device transcriptions when supported, review the result, and prepare emails containing text and original audio. You are responsible for:
VoxMail does not guarantee that a transcription will be complete or accurate. Recognition depends on the selected language, device, iOS version, recording quality, and Apple’s available on-device speech resources.
A new free download includes three successful transcription uses. A failed transcription does not consume a use. After the free uses are exhausted, further use of the limited features may require VoxMail Pro.
VoxMail Pro is an optional one-time, non-consumable lifetime in-app purchase. It removes the free-use limit and unlocks the Pro features shown in the app while those features are supported. VoxMail does not offer a subscription for this purchase.
Users who obtained an earlier paid version may receive Pro access based on Apple’s verified app transaction history. This access is not a new purchase and does not require repurchase.
Apple processes payment and App Store transactions. W4N9WE1 does not receive or store your payment card details. RevenueCat may help load products, verify purchase access, and restore the lifetime entitlement; it does not receive your recordings, transcriptions, emails, or contacts from VoxMail.
Use Restore Purchases in the app with the Apple Account associated with an eligible purchase. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple under Apple’s refund policies. A refund or revocation may remove access to the affected Pro purchase.
Prices and taxes are displayed by Apple and may vary by country, currency, and storefront.
You retain responsibility for the recordings, transcriptions, recipient addresses, and other content you create or send. VoxMail does not claim ownership of that content. When you send or share content, it is handled by Apple’s Mail or Share Sheet and the destination you choose.
You may not use VoxMail to violate another person’s privacy or rights, send unlawful or abusive material, interfere with the app or its services, or bypass purchase restrictions except where applicable law permits.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as needed to maintain or improve VoxMail. Available languages, on-device recognition support, Store products, email behavior, and iOS integration may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or support for every future device, language, mail provider, or sharing destination.
VoxMail is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Transcriptions, recordings, email delivery, and third-party services may contain errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, W4N9WE1 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or data-loss damages arising from use of VoxMail. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
These terms are between you and W4N9WE1, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for VoxMail’s maintenance or support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you where applicable.
Our handling of information is described in the VoxMail Privacy Policy. Support options are available in the VoxMail Support Center.
