VoxMail is an iPhone app published by W4N9WE1. It records voice messages, transcribes them using Apple’s on-device speech recognition when supported, and helps you prepare emails containing the transcription and original audio.
VoxMail stores and processes the following data locally to provide its core features:
VoxMail does not upload recordings, transcriptions, email bodies, recipient lists, or contact books as part of normal recording and transcription.
VoxMail uses the microphone only while you record. The resulting audio is saved locally until you delete it or delete the app.
VoxMail requires Apple’s on-device speech recognition for transcription. It does not fall back to a VoxMail server when the selected language or device cannot perform on-device recognition. Availability depends on Apple’s supported languages, your device, iOS, and downloaded speech resources.
VoxMail presents Apple’s contact picker when you choose to select an email recipient. It reads the email address you select for the mail-composition flow. VoxMail does not upload your contacts or scan your address book in the background.
When you choose to send an email, VoxMail opens Apple’s Mail compose interface with the transcription, original audio attachment, and recipient you selected. The email is sent by iOS and the mail account or provider you configured. VoxMail does not receive your mail credentials, the final sent message, or the recipient’s response.
If you use the iOS Share Sheet, the selected file or text is passed to the destination you choose. That destination’s privacy policy controls what happens after sharing.
VoxMail is free to download. The app offers three successful transcription uses for a new free download and an optional one-time, non-consumable VoxMail Pro purchase. Apple processes payment details and App Store transactions.
VoxMail uses RevenueCat to load the available product, validate purchase access, and support Restore Purchases. RevenueCat may process an anonymous App User ID, app and device technical information, product and transaction information, and entitlement status needed for those services. VoxMail does not send recordings, transcriptions, email content, contacts, or recipient lists to RevenueCat.
If you submit feedback from the app, VoxMail sends only the fields needed for support:
The feedback request is sent to W4N9WE1 through a mail relay and email delivery provider. The relay is designed to validate and forward the message without storing the email body or attachments. Email providers may retain messages under their own policies. Feedback does not include recordings, recording paths, transcriptions, email bodies, recipients, contact data, Apple transaction receipts, RevenueCat App User IDs, advertising identifiers, or API keys.
If the online feedback service is unavailable, the app can offer Apple’s Mail composer or copy the feedback text to your clipboard. Those actions are controlled by iOS and the mail or clipboard destination you choose.
VoxMail does not use advertising networks, cross-app tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs. The app does not require an account. Apple, RevenueCat, and email delivery providers may process technical information as described in their own policies when their services are used.
Local app data remains on your iPhone until you delete it or delete VoxMail. If iCloud Device Backup is enabled, Apple may include app data in that backup under Apple’s services and policies. Copies you send by email, save through the Share Sheet, or include in a device backup are controlled by those destinations.
Feedback sent by email may remain in the support mailbox or email provider systems until deleted under their retention practices. To ask about a feedback submission, contact w4n9we1@gmail.com and include enough information to identify it without sending sensitive content.
VoxMail does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app does not require an account, and its core recording and transcription features are designed to operate on-device.
We may update this Privacy Policy when VoxMail’s features, services, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with a new update date.
Questions about this Privacy Policy can be sent to w4n9we1@gmail.com.
