Support FAQ

Q: The transcription isn’t accurate. What can I do? A: Make sure you’re recording in a quiet environment. You can also try switching the transcription language in Settings to match your spoken language.

Q: Why can’t the app send emails? A: VoxMail uses the iOS Mail compose interface. Make sure you have at least one email account configured in the iOS Mail app or have a third-party email app installed that supports the Mail compose extension.

Q: Where are my recordings stored? A: Recordings are saved as WAV files in the app’s private documents folder. They are only accessible within VoxMail. Deleting the app will remove all recordings.

Q: How do I restore my purchase? A: VoxMail is a one-time paid app. If you’ve purchased it, re-downloading from the App Store with the same Apple ID will not charge you again.

Q: The app isn’t working properly. What should I do? A: Try these steps:

  1. Force close the app and reopen it.
  2. Restart your device.
  3. Check for updates in the App Store.
  4. If the issue persists, contact support below.
