These Terms of Use govern your use of SpeakMail, a mobile application published by W4N9WE1. By downloading or using SpeakMail, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
SpeakMail lets you record speech, create a cloud-generated transcription, organize or translate the transcript into an AI-assisted email draft, and open your device’s email interface with the original audio attached.

You may not use SpeakMail to violate another person’s rights, create or distribute unlawful or abusive content, interfere with the app or its services, bypass access controls, or misuse cloud-service resources.
Transcriptions, translations, subjects, and email bodies are generated using automated systems and may be incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate for your situation. Names, dates, numbers, commitments, technical terms, and translations require particular review.
SpeakMail does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for the final message and any decision or action based on generated results. Do not rely on SpeakMail as the sole source of important information.
SpeakMail Pro is an optional auto-renewing monthly subscription that unlocks the features described in the app and purchase screen. The available price, currency, taxes, trial eligibility, and included features are shown before purchase and may vary by storefront or region.
Where a free trial is offered, it converts to the paid monthly subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. Payment is charged to the app store account used to confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, subject to the rules shown by your app store. The app store may charge the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel the subscription in your app store account settings. Deleting SpeakMail does not cancel a subscription. Use Restore Purchases while signed in to the eligible app store account to restore access. Billing, refunds, cancellations, and trial eligibility are handled under the applicable app store’s policies.
Features and service limits may change for future billing periods. Any material change will be communicated as required by applicable law or app store rules.
You retain your rights in recordings, transcripts, drafts, recipient addresses, and other content you provide. You grant us and our service providers a limited right to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the requested SpeakMail features, subject to the Privacy Policy.
SpeakMail does not claim ownership of your content. You represent that your content and its processing do not violate law or another person’s rights.
SpeakMail prepares content but does not control final email delivery. Email sending is handled by your device, email account, and provider. Cloud AI, app-store billing, subscription management, support email, advertising, and sharing features depend on third-party services. Their terms and policies also apply to your use of those services.
We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue SpeakMail or particular features to maintain security, comply with law, manage third-party dependencies, or improve the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent support for every device or language, or error-free cloud processing or email delivery.
SpeakMail is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties not required by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, W4N9WE1 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or data-loss damages arising from SpeakMail, generated results, recordings, email delivery, subscriptions, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
For SpeakMail downloaded from Apple’s App Store, these terms are between you and W4N9WE1, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for SpeakMail’s maintenance or support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you where applicable.
You may stop using SpeakMail at any time. We may suspend access to online services when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or a material violation of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including responsibility for content, disclaimers, liability limits, and third-party terms, remain effective.
We may update these terms as SpeakMail, its providers, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised update date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
