These Terms of Use govern your use of Note to Post, an iPhone app published by W4N9WE1. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Note to Post lets you share selected Apple Notes content into the app and create poster images locally. You are responsible for:
Note to Post does not access your entire Apple Notes database. It processes only content that you explicitly send through the iOS Share Sheet.
The free version allows up to two successfully completed Apple Notes imports per local calendar day, the Plain Notes theme, and poster exports with a Note to Post product watermark. Layout controls, text styling, editing of the current project, and repeated exports of that project do not create additional export quotas.
Note to Post Pro is offered as a one-time, non-consumable lifetime in-app purchase. Pro removes the daily import limit, unlocks all poster themes, and removes the Note to Post product watermark while the Pro features are supported in the app.
Users who downloaded a paid version of Note to Post before the free-download transition may receive Pro access based on Apple’s verified app transaction history. This access is not represented as a new purchase and does not require repurchase.
Payment is processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store payment card details. RevenueCat may help verify purchase access and restore the lifetime entitlement; RevenueCat does not receive your note content or exported images.
You may use Restore Purchases in the app to restore an eligible lifetime purchase associated with your Apple account. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple under Apple’s refund policies. A refund or entitlement revocation may remove Pro access for the affected purchase.
Note content, imported images, poster projects, and exported images are processed locally on your iPhone. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy, rights, privacy, and suitability of anything you export or share. Note to Post does not guarantee that an imported note, table, image, layout, or export will be interpreted exactly as expected in every source or destination.
You may not use Note to Post to violate another person’s privacy or rights, break applicable law, interfere with the app or its services, or attempt to reverse engineer the app or bypass purchase restrictions except where applicable law permits.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as needed to maintain or improve Note to Post. Import results, export destinations, available Store products, and iOS behavior may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every future source, format, or destination will be supported.
Note to Post is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, W4N9WE1 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or data-loss damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
These terms are between you and W4N9WE1, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Note to Post’s maintenance or support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you where applicable.
