Note to Post is an iPhone app published by W4N9WE1. This Privacy Policy explains what Note to Post handles when you import Apple Notes content, create poster images, and use the optional lifetime in-app purchase.

1. Information We Collect

Personal Data

Note to Post does not require an account and does not collect, store, or share your personal content on our servers. The app is designed to process your note content and poster projects on your device.

User Content

All content you create within Note to Post, including:

Text imported from Apple Notes
Images imported from Apple Notes
Table content extracted from notes
Poster layouts and theme configurations
Custom signatures added during export

…is processed locally on your device and is not uploaded to W4N9WE1 or RevenueCat.

2. Permissions and Access

To function correctly, Note to Post may request access to certain features on your device. You can manage these permissions at any time in your device’s Settings.

Photo Library

Reason: Note to Post requests write-only access to your photo library to allow you to save exported poster images to your Camera Roll.
Privacy: We only save images that you explicitly choose to export. We do not read, scan, or access any other photos in your library.

Reason: Note to Post integrates with iOS Share Extension to receive content you choose to share from Apple Notes.
Privacy: Only the specific note content you actively share via the Share Sheet is transferred to the app. We do not access your entire Notes database.

3. Data Storage and Security

Local Storage

All your data is stored locally on your device. If you delete the Note to Post app, your data (including imported notes and poster configurations) will be permanently deleted from the device unless you have backed it up via iCloud Device Backup or iTunes.

iCloud Backup

If you have iCloud Backup enabled on your device, your local app data may be backed up to Apple’s iCloud servers securely, governed by Apple’s privacy policy.

4. Purchases and RevenueCat

Note to Post is distributed as a free download with an optional one-time, non-consumable lifetime in-app purchase.

Apple: Apple processes payment details and transaction records through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card or banking information.
RevenueCat: Note to Post uses RevenueCat to provide purchase validation, entitlement status, and Restore Purchases. RevenueCat may process an anonymous App User ID, app/device technical information, and product/transaction/entitlement information needed for these functions.
No content sharing: RevenueCat does not receive your Apple Notes content, imported images, poster images, signatures, or ShareCache files from Note to Post.

5. Analytics and Advertising

Note to Post does not use advertising networks, cross-app tracking, or third-party analytics services such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel. RevenueCat is used only for purchase and entitlement operations described above.

6. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. As our app does not collect personal data, it is safe for users of all ages.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
