These Terms of Use govern your use of Masked, a sensitive-data cleaning tool for text, screenshots, and supported work files, published by W4N9WE1. By downloading or using Masked, you agree to these terms.
Masked helps you inspect and create cleaned copies of material before sharing it with an AI service or another destination. You are responsible for:
Masked processes supported content on-device by default. It does not promise that every sensitive value will be detected or removed, and it is not a substitute for professional privacy, security, legal, or compliance review.
The current free tier includes three shared metered cleaning actions per day across prompts, work files, and images. We may change free limits or feature availability in future versions.
Masked Pro is currently offered as a non-consumable, one-time lifetime in-app purchase. It removes the app’s free quota gate for the Pro entitlement while that entitlement is supported by the app. Payment is processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple under Apple’s policies.
RevenueCat helps Masked process purchases, restore eligible purchases, and synchronize the Masked Pro entitlement. You may use the app’s restore-purchase action to restore an eligible purchase associated with your Apple account.
Masked creates new safe copies and does not intentionally overwrite the original work file. You are responsible for selecting the correct file, reviewing the output, and understanding how the destination you choose handles a shared or saved copy.
You may not use Masked to violate another person’s privacy or rights, break applicable law, interfere with the app, reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits, or bypass purchase restrictions.
Masked is provided as an evolving app. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as needed to maintain or improve the app. Detection and export results may depend on the source material, its format, iOS behavior, and the destination service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that a result will satisfy a particular privacy or compliance standard.
To the extent permitted by law, Masked is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, W4N9WE1 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or data-loss damages arising from use of Masked. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
These terms are between you and W4N9WE1, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Masked’s maintenance or support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce these terms against you where applicable.
