Privacy Policy for Walldone

Walldone (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data the app handles, how it is used, and your choices.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the Walldone mobile app.

2. Data We Process

Walldone is designed to work primarily on-device.

2.1 Data you create in the app

• Pending task content (text you enter)
• Completed task content and completion metadata (for example, completion time, sticker position, visual settings)
• Theme and display preferences
• Onboarding state (whether onboarding has been seen)

2.2 Files generated on your device

• Timeline/gallery thumbnail image files generated by the app and stored in the app’s local storage

2.3 Optional photo export

If you choose to export a board image, Walldone requests iOS Photo Library permission and saves the generated image to your Photos app.

Walldone uses Photo Library access only for saving exported images. It is not used to upload your photos to Walldone servers.

2.4 Optional clipboard action

If you tap a “Copy” action for diagnostics, selected text is copied to your system clipboard.

3. What We Do Not Collect

• No account registration data (no email/password required)
• No in-app advertising identifiers for ad targeting
• No analytics SDKs for behavioral tracking by Walldone
• No location, contacts, camera, or microphone access for core functionality
• No Walldone-operated cloud sync for your tasks or stickers

4. Network Use and Third Parties

Walldone does not run a Walldone backend service for user data storage.

The app uses the google_fonts package. Runtime font fetching is enabled in the current app configuration, which may request font files from Google font servers when needed. Such requests may include technical network data (for example, IP address) handled by Google under Google’s own terms and privacy practices.

5. How Data Is Used

Data is used only to provide app features, including:

• Managing your tasks
• Rendering completed stickers and timeline views
• Saving your preferences
• Exporting board images when you request it

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

We do not share your task content with Walldone servers because the app stores this data locally on your device.

Data may be processed by platform providers only as needed for technical functionality (for example, iOS Photos when you export, and Google font delivery when runtime font fetching occurs).

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Your app data is stored locally on your device and is retained until you delete it.

You can delete data by:

• Deleting tasks/content in the app
• Removing exported images from your Photos app
• Uninstalling the app (this removes app-local data from the device)

8. Security

We use reasonable measures in the app design to reduce unnecessary data exposure. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

9. Children’s Privacy

Walldone is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above indicates the effective date of the current version.
