These Terms of Use govern your use of RingLight: Selfie Light (“RingLight”), an iOS and Android app published by W4N9WE1. Purchases on iOS are also subject to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. By downloading or using RingLight, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
RingLight turns your device’s screen into a fill light and provides a camera with timer, burst, framing, mirror mode, and full-screen lamp features. Photos you take are processed on your device. You are responsible for:
Photos that have not been saved stay in the app’s in-app selection tray, which is temporary storage: it is kept in memory and is cleared when the app is terminated. Save your keepers to the photo library to keep them.
The free download includes the core camera, fill light, timer and burst shooting, and mirror features. RingLight Pro is an optional purchase that unlocks additional capabilities in the app, as described on the in-app paywall at the time of purchase.
RingLight Pro is offered as:
Both plans provide the same Pro access. The lifetime purchase does not renew. If a free trial is offered, the subscription starts automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play) process payment and billing transactions. W4N9WE1 does not receive or store your payment card details. RevenueCat may help load products, verify purchase access, and restore the Pro entitlement as our service provider; it does not receive your photos.
You can restore a purchase using the restore entry in the app with the Apple ID or Google Account associated with an eligible purchase. Subscription cancellations and refund requests are handled through the App Store or Google Play under Apple’s or Google’s policies. A refund or revocation may remove access to the affected Pro purchase.
Prices, including any free-trial terms, are displayed by the store before you confirm a purchase and may vary by country, currency, and storefront.
You retain all rights to the photos you take with RingLight. We do not claim ownership of your photos, and we do not upload them: there is no RingLight server that stores your photos. Photos are written to your system photo library only when you explicitly choose to save them.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as needed to maintain or improve RingLight. Store products, free and Pro feature sets, and device support may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or support for every future device or OS version. Screen light output depends on your device’s display capabilities.
RingLight is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, W4N9WE1 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or data-loss damages arising from use of RingLight, including photos lost from the temporary in-app tray because they were not saved. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
These terms are between you and W4N9WE1. For iOS purchases, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Google is not responsible for RingLight’s maintenance or support on Google Play.
Our handling of information, including purchases, crash reports, and usage analytics, is described in the RingLight Privacy Policy.
